Detailed Description
Chase and Artie’s super rich and successful, Uncle Bill has just given them a bar to run. Chase is Artie’s ambitious sister. She is enthusiastic that she has been given this fantastic opportunity, and can barely wait to start. Her brother, Artie, is less than excited about his new job, but he decides to go along with it anyway. Enter the role of the dynamic duo as they work together to keep customers happy by serving them as fast, and as accurately as they can. Customers will be able to choose from different types of beers and wines, as well as other popular drinks, such as Strawberry Daiquiris, Singapore Slings, and Rum and Cokes.
Practice your time management and bartending skills by directing Artie and Chase through 35 levels of mixing and serving drinks to 12 unique customers, and 4 guest star customers with BarStar today! The ultimate goal is to eventually become the hottest spot in town!
In the earlier levels, you will notice that customers will be few, and the drinks that they order will be relatively simple to make. Don’t be fooled, though! As the game progresses, the number of ingredients and types of drinks will increase, and it will be your job to avoid mixing the ingredients up!
The objective of each level is to gather enough stars to reach the goal of that level. Stars are achieved when you have done something correctly, such as serving a customer the correct drink, checking them out promptly, or other means of meeting their request, such as bringing them to the washroom. When you have reached a certain amount of points, you will earn a Stamp. In each level, you can earn either one, two, or three Stamps: a Regular, an Expert, and a Perfect stamp, respectively.
Artie is in charge of mixing drinks, so it will be your duty to choose the correct ingredients. This includes choosing the right glass! Don’t know what goes into a Singapore Sling? Don’t worry, if you need to know what is included in a certain drink, you can select the customer, and the ingredients will be appear in their dialogue box.
When you finish mixing a drink, it will appear on the dock beside Chase’s tray. You can pick which drink you want to serve first by simply selecting it. However, note that Chase is only able to carry a maximum of three drinks on her tray. By default, the glass on the next available dock will be highlighted after you have created a drink. However, you can change the order of which drink you make next by simply selecting a different glass. Furthermore, if you accidentally create an unwanted drink, you can dispose of it by dragging the drink into the trashcan or by sliding the drink off of the HUD.
